WIN Semiconductors Selected for the Dow Jones Best-in-Class World Index for Six Consecutive Years

WIN Semiconductors Corp. (“WIN”, 3105 TT) has once again been selected as a constituent of the Dow Jones Best-in-Class World Index (DJ BIC World), marking the Company’s sixth consecutive year of inclusion in this international sustainability index. Among the 80 companies assessed in the global SEM Semiconductors & Semiconductor Equipment industry, WIN was one of only 10 companies selected for inclusion in the index, demonstrating continued international recognition of the Company’s long-term sustainability management efforts.

The Dow Jones Best-in-Class Indices (DJ BIC) are a sustainability index series under S&P Dow Jones Indices, continuing the assessment framework of the former Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) and renamed in 2025. The indices use the results of the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) as an assessment basis to identify companies with leading sustainability performance across industries.

WIN stated that its selection for the Dow Jones Best-in-Class World Index for six consecutive years reflects sustained recognition from international assessments of the Company’s long-term commitment to sustainable development. WIN continues to integrate sustainability principles into its operational decision-making and risk management, while actively advancing energy conservation and carbon reduction, water resource management, occupational safety and health, talent development, and corporate governance. These efforts strengthen the Company’s long-term resilience in response to industry changes and sustainability challenges.

In recent years, WIN has continued to earn recognition in both domestic and international sustainability assessments. In 2025, WIN received the 18th Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards. In the Corporate Governance Evaluation, WIN ranked among the top 5% of TPEx-listed companies for the 12th consecutive year and was recognized in the top 10% among TWSE- and TPEx-listed electronics companies with market capitalization above NT$10 billion. WIN has also been selected for the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook for seven consecutive years, underscoring the steady progress it has made through years of dedicated ESG efforts.
