The Committee shall convene meetings at least once a year, and may call a meeting as necessary.

The Committee shall perform the following duties and report to the Board of Directors:

1. To formulate, promote, and strengthen the Company's sustainability policies, annual plans, and strategies.

2. To review, track, and revise the implementation and effectiveness of sustainability measures.

3. To supervise matters related to sustainability information disclosure and review Sustainability Reports.

4. To supervise the implementation of the Company's Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles and other sustainability-related work resolved by the Board of Directors.
