The outcome of 2022 Corporate Governance Evaluation held by Taiwan Stock Exchange (“TWSE”) and Taipei Exchange (“TPEx”) was announced on April 27, 2023, in which 928 TWSE- and 734 TPEx-listed companies, totaling 1,662 participated. WIN Semiconductors Corp. (WIN), ranked top 5% among TPEx-listed companies in corporate governance evaluation for 9 consecutive years (from 2014 to 2022). WIN outperformed peers in “Protecting Shareholder, Rights and Interests and Treating Shareholders Equitably”, “Enhancing Board Composition and Operation”, “Increasing Information Transparency”, and “Putting Sustainable Responsibility into Practice”, thus, won the honor again with excellent results.

Amid headwinds, it is encouraging for us to be ranked top 5% among TPEx-listed companies in corporate governance evaluation, and it is also the driving force for us to keep improving.
