WIN Got the Top 5% TPEx-listed Companies in Corporate Governance Evaluation for Five Consecutive Years

The Financial Supervisory Commission published the "Corporate Governance Roadmap (2018-2020) in April 2018." The Corporate Governance Evaluation is one of the major action plans to assist investors and companies in understanding the effectiveness of corporate governance through the corporate governance evaluation system. Gradually introducing qualitative corporate governance evaluation indicators and facilitating performance by using a refined scoring system.
The Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) and Taipei Exchange (TPEx) released the 2018 Corporate Governance Evaluation results on April 30, 2019. A total of 1,554 listed companies were assessed. These companies were evaluated from four aspects, i.e., shareholder rights and equitable treatment of shareholders, structure and operation of the board of directors, information disclosure and protection of stakeholder interest and corporate social responsibility. WIN had the honor of being among the top 5% TPEx-listed companies in Taiwan in corporate governance evaluation for five consecutive years (from 2014 to 2018).
