Taipei, April 29, 2013– Today the Board of Directors of WIN Semiconductors Corp. (GreTai: 3105) adopted a revision of 2012 profit distribution of NT$1.2 cash dividend per common share to NT$1.5. The proposal is scheduled to be discussed and decided at the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 10, 2013.
