Taipei, March 22, 2013– Today the Board of Directors of WIN Semiconductors Corp. (GreTai: 3105) adopted a proposal recommending distribution of a NT$1.2 cash dividend per common share. The proposal is scheduled to be discussed and decided at the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 10, 2013.
