Taipei, Mar. 7, 2014– Today the Board of Directors of WIN Semi. (GTSM: 3105) adopted a proposal recommending distribution of a NT$1.5 cash dividend per common share. The proposal is scheduled to be discussed and decided at the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 20, 2014.
