Plextek RF Integration is a UK based design house specialising in the design and development of RFICs, MMICs and microwave/mm-wave modules. Our world-class GaAs MMIC design team has developed over 70 custom MMICs at frequencies from baseband to E-band (71-76 GHz / 81-86 GHz).
