pure-play foundry, has established a state-of-the-art
mass-production manufacturing line for HBT, HEMT,
discrete/MMIC and backside foundry services with
a broad technology portfolio. The production line
is operating with a 4-shift capacity of greater
than 40,000 WPY in 2006. The capacity will be
increased to 75,000 WPY by 2007.
In
addition to advanced semiconductor fabrication technology,
WIN also provides layout support and automated DC/RF
