provides fast and low cost foundry services in broad
range of applications from DC to 100 GHz. The technologies
including 1£gm HBT ¡B2£gm HBT¡B0.5£gm pHEMT Switch¡B0.5£gm
power pHEMT and 0.15£gm pHEMT are in mass-production
now. 1£gm HBT is ideal for OC-768, OC-192 fiber communication
systems. 2£gm HBT and 0.5£gm pHEMT Switch are ideal
for handsets and WLAN applications. 0.15£gm pHEMT
technologies are ideals for applications from discrete
low noise/power FETs, SATOM, VSAT, base station,
automotive radar, and 40Gb/s fiber optic MMICs.
0.5£gm pHEMT is ideal for SATOM, GPS, Cable TV tuner,
Electronic toll collection and WLAN.
